Refund policy

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY

Canterbury Trails reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee and/or recover all disbursement incurred.

For day tours, cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will result in a cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee, while those made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Multi-day tours require a 30-day cancellation notice Cancellations made between 30 days and 15 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee, while those made within 15 days are non-refundable.

In the event of a local activity or tour cancellation due to unsuitable sea or weather conditions, a partial refund may be issued.

We strongly advise our passengers to secure travel insurance.
