The day
Into the schist
Your driver-guide brings the stories of the valley, its gold-rush past and its rise as one of the great cool-climate wine regions, while you taste. A first cellar door for the region’s signature Pinot Noir, then the wine cave where the bottles mature at a constant cool temperature in the heart of the hill, a gourmet platter lunch with pairings, and a final boutique cellar door before the relaxed return to Queenstown.
